Eligibility for Returns
Returns may be accepted if:
The delivered product does not match the description
The product arrives damaged during transportation
A functional defect is discovered that was not disclosed
Conditions
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Products must remain in the same condition as delivered
Proof of purchase and photographic evidence may be required
Non-Refundable Items
Normal wear and tear consistent with used products
Batteries with reduced capacity clearly stated in the listing
Damage caused by misuse, modification, or improper charging
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
